Lacrimosa

A miniature puppet-theatre work for two spectators that travelled internationally for years and was performed more than 1500 times across festivals, theatres and alternative venues.

About the work

Lacrimosa is a concentrated audiovisual puppet theatre piece for two viewers. It emerged out of Bruno Pilz’s background in puppetry, illusion, visual perspective and intimate theatrical situations.

The work travelled widely and kept evolving through repeated performance in festivals, theatres and alternative contexts until at least 2019.
